Enriched Oil Details:

Flaxseed is one of the richest plant sources of the essential omega-3 fatty acids1, and our flaxseed oil is cold-pressed to prevent any oil degradation during processing.

We offer conventional or premium flaxseed oil for human consumption with specific omega-3 content (between 55% and 68%). Essential fatty acids cannot be made by the human body, and must be consumed in the diet. Omega-3 in flaxseed oil is more accessible to the human body than omega-3 in milled or whole flaxseed.2 Omega-3 fatty acids reduce inflammation, and may also lower the risk of heart disease, cancer, and arthritis. Omega-3s are also highly concentrated in the brain, and they appear to play a role in memory and cognitive function.3
